Music Licence Terms

Ownership and Copyright:

The music is owned and copyrighted by Lindstein Music AB, Sweden.

Licence Scope:

• This licence is valid for use in one (1) video.
• Allowed platform: YouTube.
• Licence term: Perpetual.

Restrictions:

• Prohibited uses include content related to tobacco, politics, firearms, and pornography.
• No remixing or adding vocals to the track.
• Not for use in advertisements, sponsored videos, branded content, or endorsements.

Rights and Review Process:

Universal Music Group reserves the right to manually review licences as per an agreement with Lindstein Music AB. We aim to resolve claims within 5 working days. Please allow sufficient time for claim review and clearance before publishing your video. Usage is limited to videos on YouTube channels registered with Lindstein Music AB and is subject to the terms and restrictions of this licence agreement.

Attribution:

Correct attribution for the track must be included in your video’s description.

Breach of Licence:

Breach of the licence agreement may result in your content being taken down.

Data Storage and Use:

By agreeing to this licence, you consent to Lindstein Music AB storing your submitted information digitally for the purposes of validating the licence.

Indemnification:

The licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lindstein Music AB from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from improper use of the licensed music.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.

Limitation of Liability:

Lindstein Music AB's liability under this licence is limited to the amount paid for the licence.

Assignment:

The licensee may not assign or transfer this licence or the rights associated with it.
