General Information
- What types of licences do you offer?
- We only offer one type of licence, the
Single Video Licence. This licence allows the use of all our music in one video.
- What platforms are covered by your licences?
- Our licences are valid for use on YouTube only.
Single Video licence
- How long is my Single Video Licence valid?
- The licence is perpetual, meaning it does not expire.
- Can I use the same song in multiple videos with a single song licence?
- No, a Single Video Licence allows the use of the songs in one video only. You need to purchase separate licences for each video.
Licensing Process and Usage
- I have purchased a licence. What now?
- When you purchase a licence, you will be asked to type in your YouTube video URL. Please make sure your YouTube video status is set to “Unlisted” or “Public.” Also, include the correct attribution for the track in your video’s description. The URL you provided at the licensing checkout will be forwarded to to our distribution partner (Universal Music Group) for allowlisting.
- When will claims be lifted?
- Our distribution partner (Universal Music Group) reserves the right to manually review content and decide eligibility for licensing. Please allow up to 10 working days for claims to be resolved.
- Can I remix or add vocals to the tracks I licence?
- No, remixing or adding vocals to our tracks is prohibited under our licensing terms.
- Are there any restrictions on the type of content where I can use the music?
- Yes, our music cannot be used in content related to tobacco, politics, firearms, or pornography. It also cannot be used in advertisements, sponsored videos, branded content, or endorsements.
Usage Restrictions
- What restrictions apply to the use of licenced music on YouTube?
- The music you purchase is limited to videos on YouTube channels registered with Lindstein Music AB. Universal Music Group reserves the right to manually review licences. YouTube policies, restrictions, and regulations apply, which may include restrictions on monetization, content type, and video distribution.
- Can I use the licenced music on platforms other than YouTube?
- No, our licences are strictly for use on YouTube. Monetization on other platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media is not covered under our current licences.
Instrumental Versions
- Are instrumental versions of the songs available?
- Currently, we do not offer instrumental versions of our songs. All available versions are listed on our website.
Attribution and Copyright
- How should I attribute the music in my video?
- Include the following attribution in your video’s description:
"Music by Toddler Tunes."
- What happens if I breach the licence agreement?
- Breaching the licence agreement may result in your content being taken down. In some cases, the content may be monetized by rights holders.
Legal and Support
- What law governs the licence agreement?
- The licence agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
- Can I transfer my licence to someone else?
- No, the licence is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party.
